Most booths require about a 12' × 12' setup area. We'll confirm the exact footprint based on the booth you choose.
Yes. Outdoor events are welcome with a level surface and adequate weather protection such as a tent or covered area.
Yes! We proudly serve Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, Parrish, St. Petersburg, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond our standard service area may include a travel fee.
Yes! Guests can instantly text, email, AirDrop, or scan a QR code to receive their photos or videos, depending on the booth experience.
Absolutely. Every event is different, so we'll build a package around your guest count, booth selection, branding, and event goals.
Most weddings and private events book 3–4 hours, while corporate activations vary based on attendance. We'll recommend the right package for your event.
A signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable retainer secure your event date.
Absolutely. We're fully insured with up to $2 million in liability coverage and can provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.
